What is the hardware like?

Halo X are glasses with a waveguide display, microphone, and lasts 8 hours on a single charge. No camera. The display is fully private--it's not visible to others around you. Halo AI listens to your day and proactively gives you answers, insights, and help through the display.

How do you handle privacy?

Halo X glasses will ship with end-to-end encryption and SOC II compliance. That means we never see, sell, or train on your conversations.

What can they do for me?

They can answer any question, translate any language in real time, do math instantly (e.g., 382×193), and give you perfect memory of everything you’ve ever talked about.

What's the difference from Meta RayBans?

Meta Ray-Bans only help when you directly ask, like “What’s the weather today?”, but our AI glasses listen to you throughout the day—proactively offering relevant help and deeply personalizing their assistance to your habits, preferences, and who you truly are.

Does it come in prescription?

Yes, with an extra charge (TBD). We will follow up with details later.

What is the return policy?

We accept returns only for defective products. If you receive an item that is damaged or not functioning properly, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. We are also happy to offer exchanges if you would like to swap your item for a different size, color, or model. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify.
